Students at school and college |
| Year 11 students face many choices over what courses they take,
what exams they sit, whether they stay at school to take AS/A2-levels or go to a college
to take more vocational GNVQs/BTECs; whether they are more comfortable staying with
classroom based tuition or would prefer on-the-job learning, perhaps as a Modern
Apprentice. Sixth formers face choices around which subject(s) to drop
after AS level and which to pursue to A2, which universities or colleges best meet their
requirements for courses and learning atmosphere - all this set against the realisation
that the world of work is looming ever closer! |

Staff at companies with career development policies |
| Many enlightened companies have realised that their
staff are their only real assets. They therefore nurture and develop those assets to the
highest level, sometimes through a structured series of posts with increasing levels of
responsibility and diversity. Often the route that the individual takes through the
company is entirely of their own making, and it is here that we can help that person see
what's possible for them and, working backwards to their present situation, help them map
out a path toward their career goal. |

Those starting out in a new line of business |
| Increasing numbers of people are starting out in an
entirely new line of business, either to set up their own company or, through re-training,
moving into a new sector. We can help them see where their new path through life could
take them, how to get into action and what check-points along the way will help them
measure their progress. |
