I have transformed my life from being an office worker than actress, make-up artist and personal stylist to one combining both business and creative ventures.

 In my career I've meet people from all walks of life and I believe that positive change comes about when people feel in control and happy about their choices. I don’t think that by being angry with ourselves we can force ourselves to achieve some goal or other. I work with clients to have them identify what’s really behind their desire for change and help them see the way forward as a positive process, rather than a pressured effort to achieve some outcome.

As a coach I will assist you to figure out the logistics for how you are going to achieve your goals and then I will hold you accountable as you take each step. Another benefit of coaching is that you get an independent sounding board to bounce ideas against. Our coaching relationship will probably generate ideas that you may not have thought of on your own.
